Kate Kyle Moody

Kate Moody, a native of Columbus, Mississippi, received her B.A. degree in English from the University of Mississippi (2007) and her J.D. from the University of Mississippi School of
Law (2011). She was admitted to the Mississippi Bar and Tennessee Bar in 2011.

Kate relocated to the Jackson Metro area in December of 2011 and shortly thereafter began working as an associate attorney at Elliott Law Firm in April of 2012.

Kate practices primarily in the area of residential and commercial real estate transactions. She is a member of the Rankin County Bar Association and the Land Title Association of Mississippi.

Kate and her husband, Kiley, reside in Brandon with their two children, George Henry and Lucy, and are members of Crossgates Baptist Church.
